Your ticket will include entry on to the train, then a visit to the grotto, lots of photo opportunities, meet Santa, and a special gift for your dog.

Please ensure your dog is well behaved and kept on a lead at all times so they get on Santa's nice list.  Any misbehaving dogs could be asked to leave the grotto.
